Metaphysical meaning of Eglaim (mbd)

Metaphysical meaning of Eglaim (mbd)
Eglaim, eg'-la-im (Heb.)--two ponds; double wells; two springs.

A city of Moab (Isa. 15:8).

Meta. A double-minded belief about the wellspring of life (double wells, two springs, two ponds). This double-minded belief refers to the seeming "good" and "evil" that are experienced in human consciousness because of ignorance concerning life and an unwise use of life. This unwise use causes the life activities in the body to become like ponds of stagnant water instead of being, like ever renewing and ever bubbling springs.
