Zaham, za'–ham (Heb.)--offensive; stinking; rancid; impure; unwholesome; unclean; leprous; loathsome; hateful.

One of Rehoboam's sons (II Chron. 11 :19).

Meta. Rehoboam represents that in man's consciousness which exalts the senses; it is the fruit of many sensuous and insane thought habits. (See REHOBOAM.) Zaham (offensive, impure, unclean, leprous, loathsome, hateful), son of Rehoboam, signifies the offensiveness of extreme uncleanness of thought and habit.
