Sunday Lesson Sermon Prep with Susan St.John, MDiv. This group discusses the Sunday's Bible Lessons in the Revised Common Lectionary, a three-year cycle of weekly Bible passages used to varying degrees by the vast majority of mainline Protestant churches in Canada and the United States. We meet to help ministers and spiritual leaders prepare Sunday sermons from the perspective of Metaphysical Bible Interpretation. We focus on the readings two weeks out.
Susan St.John, MDiv, leads the discussion. She is a Fillmore Bible Society member and Coordinator of Worship and Pastoral Care at MacNeill Baptist Church in Hamilton, Ontario. Rev. Mark Hicks, Fillmore Bible Society member and Founder of TruthUnity, co-hosts the group.
We meet Tuesday mornings at 10am Eastern Time via Zoom. Go to the TruthUnity Events page for the Zoom link. All who are interested in Metaphysical Bible Interpretation are welcome. This is an interactive discussion group. We encourage participants to read and consider the metaphysical meaning of the passages before joining in and to turn on video when joining.
